Volunteer Opportunities and Volunteer Leave Benefit

Volunteering in the community benefits Roswell residents who are positively impacted by the gift of your time, talent and energy. The City of Roswell provides a volunteer leave benefit to promote deeper connections between our staff and our community.

Pair up with one of our nonprofit partners and make a real impact on our community. Partners in the City of Roswell's Nonprofit Partnership Program connect you with meaningful, local service opportunities. Find out more about the Nonprofit Partnership Program at www.RoswellGov.com/NPP.

Our Volunteer Leave Benefit gives full-time staff 24 hours of paid leave annually to participate in activities and programs enhancing Roswell and its citizens. Please refer to the HR Policy and Procedure Manual (page 92, chapter 10.11) to check if your current or upcoming volunteer service aligns with the policy to utilize the Volunteer Leave Benefit.
