You'll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare provider, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. We'll get our miles done regardless of the weather outside. Enter Northpoint Mall via Service Court 2, which is to the left of Macy's and to the right of the former Sears store (when looking from the parking lot). Walk into the mall, turn left and meet us in the East Court, which is in front of JCPenney. Offered in conjunction with Melissa Anthony of Silver Sneakers.
