The Acquired Resilience for Mastering Operational Response (ARMOR) Program has been developed using psychological skills training and key stress regulation techniques targeting improved performance, enhanced mental wellness, and the reduction of long-term cumulative PTSD.
The 1-day course focuses on evidence-based strategies aimed at helping LE personnel improve the psychological impact of the job and long-term mental health, enhance physical well-being, strengthen resiliency, and self
-regulate on command to achieve an optimal state of activation in any situation they are in.

Coping skills and techniques for personal and work-related stressors
Attention control and optimal activation for tactical performance
Biofeedback and control
Instinctive and intuitive decisions; mental agility
Physical, mental, and emotional wellness; sleep routine development
Regulate emotions
Communication at work and at home; work-life balance
Cumulative PTSD, trauma, moral injury, and burnout
Suicide prevention and intervention
Critical incident stress management (during and after)

Course Instructor: Dr. Lisa E. Grossman, PhD, BCB, ATC
Dr. Lisa Grossman is an expert in peak performance training and mental skills development with extensive experience working with military and law enforcement agencies, healthcare providers, and combat/wounded veterans. Dr. Grossman serves as an instructor at the St. Johns River State College's Criminal Justice Academy, is an instructor for the FDLE Leadership Academies, and is a Peak Performance Team Lead for HRS Consulting. She has served as the Peak Performance Center Director at Wounded Warrior Project's TRACK Program, has developed biofeedback educational and training protocols for the US Army's Center for Enhanced Performance, and provided training at a number of military installations around the country. Lisa Grossman was awarded a Doctoral Degree in Educational Psychology from Florida State University, is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer, and is Board Certified in Biofeedback.
